What we care about
• Our quality policy is prevention, over postmortem.
• We have quality check points at each stage to make
sure that only correct merchandise is passed on to
the next level.
• We have employed professionals and consultants
who have previous experience in reputed concerns
like SGS, ITS to do our continuous improvement in
quality.
• We use labs like ITS, TUV for chemical and physical tests.
QUALITY CHECK POINTS
• FABRIC IN HOUSE: When the grey fabric is in house, our quality
team would inspect the fabric for visible stains, GSM and holes.
• PP SAMPLE: We do PP sample in bulk fabric. It will be lab tested
for shrinkage, colour fastness and appearance.
• CUTTING: Size set will be inspected before cutting and cut
bundle inspection will be done after cutting.
• OUT PROCESS: For all the out processes like printing and
embroideries, a three stage inspection will be done.
• PRODUCTION: A production meeting would be conducted to
Pass on the vital information to workers.
• INLINE INSPECTIONS: A pilot inspection will be done at the start
of all productions. Hourly inline inspections will be done in three
points namely stitching, checking and finishing.
• FINAL RANDOM INSPECTION: After doing all the above, we do a
final inspection to make sure one last time if everything is fine.
