We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure that is spread across a wide area in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India. Our infrastructure comprises a merchandising department, designing unit, manufacturing unit, packing unit, quality testing unit, and warehouse. The manufacturing unit, equipped with hi-tech machines, enables us to meet the diverse requirements of our clients efficiently. Our sister concerns will helped with latest machinery for knitting, dyeing, compacting, designing, cutting, stitching, and finishing all types of knitted fashion garments.

Our washing processes include silicon, acid, softener, stone, and enzyme washes. In dyeing, we use reactive and pigment methods. For printing, we offer a variety of techniques, including pigment, reactive, discharge, ghedi, plastisol, non-PVC, flock, foil, photo print, MHM, high density, and rotary printing.

Our embroidery services include chenille, chain stitch, tape, sequin, and bead embroidery.

WASH

SG Exports,Washing Unit is a Seperate Washing unit which caters the clients Fabric and Garment Washing needs. Different Washing methods are adopted at SG Exports according to clients needs and customization needed for fabrics.
